Role Overview:
As the AI & Software Researcher at LeClaire Enterprises, you are entrusted with identifying and recommending cutting-edge tools and technology to enhance the company's operational efficiency. This role involves deep research, critical analysis, and translating complex technical findings into actionable strategies. You will serve as a key resource for both internal teams and clients who seek AI-powered improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive research on AI tools, CRMs, automations, and various business software.
- Prepare well-organized, executive-level comparisons and recommendations with budget projections, pros and cons, and implementation timelines.
- Present findings clearly through reports, slide decks, and briefings to company leadership.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for selected tools and systems.
- Design and deliver training programs to internal staff to ensure successful tool adoption.
- Lead or assist in providing AI training to clients who avail of the company’s AI services.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and business tech, and proactively suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with different departments to align tech solutions with business needs.
