Cold Caller
Role Overview:
A motivated and results-driven Cold Caller should have real estate experience and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, sending text messages, and managing data in our CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to property owners, brokers, and potential leads to identify investment opportunities and build relationships.
- Send text messages to property owners to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Encode leads into the Vulcan7 and texting platform for proper tracking and follow-up.
- Pre-qualify all warm leads for negotiation and closing of off-market real estate leads.
- Utilize the texting platform software to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other regulations related to lead generation and skip tracing.
- Track, manage, and update leads in CRM, ensuring all contact and follow-up activities are logged accurately.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of potential real estate deals, focusing on Single-Family, Multi-Family, and Mixed-Use properties.
- Evaluate property values, projected returns, repair/renovation estimates, and overall investment potential to ensure alignment with company portfolio goals.
- Present findings to management with a clear summary of risks, potential gains, and recommended courses of action.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, text messages, and client interactions.
- Handle objections professionally and provide detailed information about our services.
- Work closely with the acquisitions team to improve lead conversion rates.
