Human Resource Manager

Role Overview:

As the Human Resource Manager at Virtual Kelly, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 

Key Responsibilities:


1. HR Strategy:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, including:

  1. Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR initiatives.
  2. Conducting annual workforce planning.


2. Recruitment:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including:

  1. Posting job openings and managing applicant tracking systems.
  2. Conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations for at least 5 positions per month.


3. Employee Relations:

  • Manage employee relations and address workplace issues, including:

  1. Conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover rates.
  2. Implementing programs to improve employee satisfaction by 20%.


4. Performance Management:

  • Implement performance management systems, including:

  1. Conducting annual performance reviews.
  2. Developing employee development plans.


5. Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including:

  1. Conducting regular audits of HR practices.
  2. Providing training on compliance topics to staff.


6. Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring:

  1. All records are up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.
