Operations Manager

Role Overview:

The Operations Manager will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, overseeing overall operations and administrative functions. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Executive Assistance

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other departments or external parties
  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Assist with special projects as needed


2. Business Management

  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet company goals
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all departments
  • Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from all departments and summarize for the CEO


3. Training & Development

  • Provide training and training schedule for new employees
  • Design and develop training programs aligned with company goals
  • Conduct training sessions or coordinate with external trainers
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
  • Manage the training budget and resources


4. Administrative Assistance

  • Process mail and process it accordingly
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Order home and office supplies
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers


5. Capital Raise

  • Identify potential investors and funding sources
  • Develop compelling investment proposals and presentations
  • Coordinate due diligence processes
  • Negotiate terms with investors
  • Manage relationships with existing investors
  • Stay informed about market trends and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and release weekly, monthly, and yearly newspaper


6. Lead Generation

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies across various channels
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and opportunities
  • Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
